These terms apply to all painting commissions undertaken by Paint For Food. By placing a commission you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and deposits

Commission quotes are valid for 14 days. A non-refundable deposit secures your slot in the studio schedule. The balance is due before models are dispatched.

Timelines

Stated turnaround times are best-effort estimates. We will keep you updated if anything changes and never start a commission without agreeing a realistic timeline first.

Shipping and risk

Models are packed in custom-cut foam transport and shipped via tracked, insured couriers. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect packages on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, characters, universes and game systems referenced on this site or in commissioned work remain the property of their respective owners. We provide a painting service only and make no claim of affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder.

Photography

We reserve the right to photograph completed commissions for our portfolio and social media. Let us know in advance if you'd prefer your commission be kept private.
