Paint For Food ("we", "our", "us") is an independent miniature painting studio based in Manchester, United Kingdom. We take your privacy seriously and handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone we collect the information you choose to share, typically your name, contact details, photos of your models and the brief for your commission.
How we use it
We use that information solely to discuss, deliver and ship your commission. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Storage and retention
Commission records are kept for as long as is needed to manage the project and our reasonable accounting obligations afterwards.
Your rights
